Refund and Returns Policy

At Eyemeatic CCTV, we strive to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns

Eligibility for Returns:

Products must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required to process a return.
Once we have received and verified your return, you will have your refund within 15 business days using the same payment method you used when ordering.

Non-returnable Items:

Customized or personalized products.
Products that have been tampered with, used, or are not in their original condition.
Products marked as final sale.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):

Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at info@eyematic.in with your order details.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
